    Very Good
I didnt have carrots, tumeric or the butter. I added a few drops of lemon juice and a dash of red pepper and minced garlic. After frying in olive oil, i crumbled the burgers and served in a red bell pepper. Nice flavors and filling. - 10/13/12

    Incredible!
Has a really great flavor! I was confused by the ghee also - I assumed that the olive oil should be subbed in for it and did that. Also, I subbed in 6 cloves of fresh garlic for the garlic salt. They don't get very firm but still really good!! Ate mine w/ salad. - 6/9/08

This looks good, but I don't see how the ghee was used in the directions. Since the olive oil isn't listed in the ingredients, perhaps they were swapped? - 4/14/08

Can also broil these in the oven as an alternative to pan frying. - 3/13/08
