    1 cup frozen tropical fruit mix
    1 Tablespoon flax seed
    1/2 cup crystal lite strawberry kiwi drink
    1/4 cup (or less) Sobe coconut water

    Put all ingredients in Magic Bullet or blender and mix until smooth!
