    Blackcurrant conserve, 15 gram(s) [I made mine with hardly any sugar so it was *very* tart; if yours is sweet you will not need to add the honey]
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Chia Seed 1 Tbsp, 1 tbsp
    Spearmint (fresh), 2 tbsp
    Honey, 0.5 tbsp
    Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp

Tips

I like this with spinach or to dip bread in. I plan on giving this a try as a sauce with game meat next.
