Submitted by DHARRISON433dairy free alternative to a classic. My 2nd was born and about 2 weeks later we found out she was allergic to dairy and soy protein. I was breast feeding so I too had to remove all dairy and soy from my diet. I got so tired of making 2 meals - or multiple versions- for the whole family to enjoy. My husband and older daughter loved these and never even noticed the difference!
Submitted by RANEVENThis is a simple smoothie I make just about every day for breakfast. You can alter any of the fruits listed. Just don't throw in dairy products as it will make it less healthy.
