This is a refreshing and tasty smoothie that I like to make for an afternoon snack!! This is a refreshing and tasty smoothie that I like to make for an afternoon snack!!

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen (unsweetened) strawberries
    3/4 of a medium sized banana
    1 cup of milk (I only had 2%, but I prefer vanilla soy)
    1/2 cup pineapple with a splash of the juice

Directions

Put it all in th blender and mix until blended.

Serving Size: make 2 serving
