I'm not much of a recipe writer. I just like to experiment with ideas.

Some of the ingredients can certainly be upgraded for healthier options. I just used what I had in the kitchen.

Some of the ingredients can certainly be upgraded for healthier options. I just used what I had in the kitchen.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Jiffy Mix
    1 Tbs Whole Milk
    1/4 cup Chai Tea - STRONG (I used half the amount of water that I usually use for drinking when I brewed this cup so it would be stronger)

Tips

I top this with cinnamon sauteed apples.


Directions

-Brew tea and let cool.
-Add the milk into the tea and stir.
-Add the tea/milk combo to the Jiffy mix and stir until smooth. You may need to add more tea until it is the right consistency.
-Pour the batter into a hot skillet or pan
-Flip when the edges appear dry and it no longer jiggles much.
