Ingredients

    3 bone in pork chops - center cut
    2 tbsp rosemary
    1 Tbsp unsalted butter
    3/4 C low sodium chicken broth
    3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

Sprinkle pork with rosemary, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add pork and cook 4 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate
Add broth and vinegar to skillet; bring to a boil, scraping up browned bits from bottom of pan. Boil until mixture is syrupy, about 5 minutes. Add pork and cook until heated through, about 1 minute per side.
