Ingredients

    1/2 C Fage O% Fat Free Greek Yogurt
    1 Cup Cooked Pumpkin mashed and drained
    4 Packets Splenda
    1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
    1 tsp Cinnamon - or to taste
    1 tsp Nutmeg - or to taste
    1/2 tsp ground Ginger
    1/2 tsp ground Cloves
    1/2 tsp ground Allspice
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate for 2 hours to 24 hours for flavors to blend. Serve as dessert or snack.
