Introduction

This is a really good fruit smoothie that is a family favorite at our house. You can really use any fruit you have but make sure you do the right calculations. You can also use splenda or steevia to cut some of the calorie count, the taste is the same. This is a great way to get your kids to consume fresh fruit and carrot juice! Ingredients

    Chop all fruit into small chunks-do not remove the peel. Add carrot juice, milk, sugar and about 10 ounces crushed ice in a blender. Blend well until smooth. Serve Immediately.

Tips

Use Splenda or Steevia to cut down on the total calorie content.
