Ingredients

    Romain greens
    1/2 c diced tomatoes
    1 oz blue cheese crumbles
    1/2 c hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1 oz bacon bits
    1 oz cooked Scallops
    2.5 oz cooked shrimp
    2.5 oz crab meat
    1/2 avocado
    1 Tbs of your favorite Caesar dressing

Directions

Spread the greens onto a serving plat. Arrange tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon bits, and chopped egg in strips across the bed of greens, with the scallops placed in a row in the very center. The shrimp and crabmeat are set at opposite ends of the plate. Center the avocado half in the center of the salad and serve
