Ingredients

    1 (12 oz) bag, Broccoli Slaw mix
    1 (package) Ramen Noodle mix (Oriental Flavor is my favorite)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    2 T. butter

Tips

So delicious! can easily be doubled or tripled for picnics- always a hit!


Directions

mix sugar, oil, and seasoning packet (from Ramen Noodles) together. Mix with Broccoli slaw mix and let sit 6 hours (or overnight). Crush Ramen Noodles and sautee in butter with the almonds. When ready to serve, mix crispy noodle & almond mixture with Brocolli slaw mixture.

Serving Size: one bag of mix makes about 6 servings
