Easy and Delicious Chicken cooked in Cola Easy and Delicious Chicken cooked in Cola
Number of Servings: 6


    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *Diet Pepsi, 8 oz (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)


6 servings
Heat oil in pan, add chicken (cut in pieces) and saute until browned. NOTE: Chicken legs work great, too.
Add chopped onion, soy sauce, and garlic. Cook until onions are limp.
Add Cola (any brand will do) and lower heat. Cook until tender, 20-30 min. NOTE: Cola tenderizes meat and gives a carmel flavor to it.
Serve over hot rice. Can top with a few sesame seeds.
