16 oz pork loin, sliced to medallions
    16 large mushrooms, sliced
    3 oz whipped cream cheese
3 oz fat free greek style yogurt
    1.5 tsp olive oil
    1 oz sweet dry vermouth
    3 tsp worchestershire sauce
1.5 tsp brown deli style prepared mustard
    .25 tsp sage
    .125 tsp ground ginger
    .5 tsp onion powder
    .5 tsp garlic powder
    .25 tsp ground white pepper

In large mixing bowl, add vermouth, mustard, worchestershire sauce, oil and spices. Mix well. Slice pork loin into medallions and drench in marinade and set aside for about 30 minutes.

In large skillet, brown pork until done, then remove from pan and place in bowl and cover to keep warm. With the meat juices, place mushrooms and cook covered over high heat to release their water. When mushrooms are brown, uncover and add cream cheese and yogurt and heat all through. Add pork back into pan to bring up to temp. Serve immediately.
