Incredible! From the first bite you know the recipe is a keeper. Canned salmon isn't always a favorite, this recipe completely changes that thought. This will be a staple in my meal planning for myself, friends and family. Nicely done! - 1/20/10

I think i may try subbing ground pork rinds for the bread crumbs to save even more carbs . I like hot pepper in them too. - 10/10/12

I absolutely loved it! I only used 1 tbsp of mayonaise and used 2 tbsp of greek style yoghurt. I do this with other recicpes as well, you will not miss the mayonaise. I added a little bit of musterd some finely chopped red pepper and used spring onions in stead of regular. Fantastic!! - 7/27/12

I loved this recipe! If you have a tendency to get squeamish when fish is too "fishy" and have a sensitive gag reflex but LOVE salmon...you will like this recipe! It knocked the fishiness OUT and tasted awesome! I really enjoyed it and so did my 15 month old daughter!!! Highly recommended!! :-) - 10/24/13

Very good! I was very skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised with how great it tasted. I had mine on a toasted whole wheat bun. Will be making this again! - 8/26/12
