Very good! No need to add any additional salt. Didn't need 3 Tbsp of Mayo. Could have used just 2 Tbsp.
I think i may try subbing ground pork rinds for the bread crumbs to save even more carbs . I like hot pepper in them too.
This was a great recipe. Quick and tasty. I used some oregano and salt and pepper.
