Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was a really good recipe but next time I'm using a cake pan instead of a pie pan cause it was very hard to get it into the oven without spilling everywhere! I also used 2% cheese instead of full fat. I'd definitely make this again though!
Thanks for this recipe - the whole family LOVED it!! I used 1 14.75 oz. can salmon, added 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, parsley, subbed sharp cheddar for the low fat cheddar, omitted the hot sauce for the kids, and wallah - amazing. May now be our fav. salmon recipe-this is saying a lot. THANKS!
This was fantastic! I used red pepper flakes instead of red pepper sauce and wheat flour instead of white. I also added salt and pepper. Next time I'm going to try adding spinach and mushrooms. Thanks for the yummy recipe!
This was a good and easy supper dish. I did add chopped spinach to up the Vitamin C and Potassium content. Buying a high quality salmon is crucial to have the texture turn out well. I'm going to try it with Jack Mackeral next week.
Yum! We loved this, although I did put it in a crust, which didn't add too many calories. Thanks!
I made it again this evening, adding spinach, nutmeg, and salt & pepper.
