This is a good basic. I like to add things like fresh herbs and lemon juice that don't add calories but continue to add flavor.
Thanks for the quick use of my left over canned salmon! I too will probably defer to using low fat mayo instead of Miracle Whip (mom made us eat too much of MW growing up. Blah.) LOL
This does look better than tuna salad. I think I'll try it. I'm going to check # of calories in both Miracle Whip & mayonnaise, because my husband really likes mayo!
