Pita Chips - Quick & Easy
No need to bake, just microwave on high for 2 minutes per plate of chips for a low fat, low carb, low calorie snack.
The only pita bread I have found that is low in fat & carbs is Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread. It is available at some Walmart Super Centers in front of the cake display. It is, also, available online. The cheapest online price/shipping charge I have found is at Netrition.com.
