Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped(remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped(remove)
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced(remove)
    *Lea & Perrins Worchestershire Sauce, 3 tsp(remove)
    *Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz(remove)
    Crayfish, 16 oz(remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded(remove)

Directions

preheat oven to 350
heat oil in large skillet
add vegetable and pepper and heat until onions are transparent
combine remaining ingredients except cheese and spoon in 1 quart casserole dish
bake 30 minutes
top with cheese and bake 5 more minutes
serve immediately
