Ingredients

    1 clove of garlic
    1/4 cup of chopped onion
    1 Can red kidney beans (drained)
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomatoes (diced)
    1 Lb 94% lean ground turkey
    1 TBSP each of chili powder, Unsweetened Cocoa and Cumin
    1 T olive oil

Tips

Unsweetened Cocoa gives a rich flavor and adds no calories!


Directions

Heat olive oil on medium in a large skillet. Chop onion and garlic, brown. Add turkey and brown. Then add tomatoes and kidney beans and seasonings. Cook about 20 minutes.
