Ingredients

    6 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and excess moisture wrung out
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 cup feta
    2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
    1 sheet phyllo dough

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine the spinach, egg, feta, and walnuts in a small bowl.
Fold the sheet of phyllo in half on a cutting board and spoon the spinach mixture into the middle, leaving space on all sides.
Roll up the phyllo and tuck the edges under.
Spritz with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake 11-12 minutes, until the hand pie is golden brown. Serve warm.

    The final product itself is amazing, but the directions seem way easier than they are... working with phyllo dough is tricky!! I'll definitely make the dish again, but will find alternate means of preparing the dish. - 11/29/12
