Ingredients

    21/2 cups Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat Bran Hot Cereal
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 egg whites
    1 cup water or juice
    1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy, and then stir in remaining liguids. Combine mixtures. Stir lightly until moistened. Fill well oiled muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until done.

    This ia a great recipe. Most recipes I'm finding that are supposed to be "organic" are calling for regular bran cereal and contain much sugar.... Thank you for this recipe!! - 4/29/11
