Ingredients

1/2 lb ground turkey
40 pieces of turkey pepperoni
8 flatout good light italian flatbreads
1.5 cups pepper jack cheese
2 cups prego light smart traditional sauce
1 bag frozen peppers and onions
to taste - salt, pepper, italian seasonings, crushed red pepper
Directions
STEP 1: Prep the ingredients by cooking the ground turkey with salt, pepper, italian seasonings and crushed red pepper over medium heat in skillet. Cook frozen peppers and onions in separate skillet. This step can be done the day before and then refrigerated.
STEP 2: For each pizzadilla: Measure 1/4 cup of shredded cheese. Sprinkle half of the cheese over one half of the tortilla, add sausage, 5 pices of pepperoni, peppers and onions, and then sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Fold the empty side of the tortilla over the toppings.
STEP 3: Place the pizzadilla in a prewarmed skillet (medium heat) and cook until brown and crispy on the bottom. Carefully flip the pizzadilla over and cook until brown and crispy on the second side. Once both sides are crisp and the cheese is melted inside, slice into thirds with a pizza cutter. Dip in the pizza sauce prior to eating.
Serving Size: makes 8 pizzadillas, with 1/4 cup dipping sauce
