Ingredients

    Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 5 serving(remove)
    *Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheet Ready-to-Bake, 17.5 oz(remove)
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed(remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Raisins, 1 miniature box (.5 oz)(remove
    cornstarch

Directions

peel, core, and dice apples. sautee with 2 T butter until start to soften. add raisins cinnamon and brown sugar until a sauce forms, mix 1 T cornstarch with 1 T water and add to sauce until it thickens. sit aside to cool
cut 1 puff pastry sheet into 4 squares. spoon filling intol and pinch edges to seal. bake @ 425 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
