    Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia)(remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 8 cup(remove)
    Trader Joes White Cannellini Beans, 3.5 cup(remove)
    Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles, 2.5 cup(remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large(remove)
    Garlic, 5 clove(remove)
    Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 2 serving(remove)
    *Pork, fresh, loin, center loin (chops), bone-in, separable lean and fat, cooked, braised, 3 chop, excluding refuse (yield from(remove)


Flash fry the pork and then add all other choped veggies saving spinach and peeled/cored/sliced apples for last. Stew meat, tomatoes, beans, onions, cabbage, garlic for an hour. Add spinach and apples and stew for another half hour. Add lots of oregano, parsley and any other spices you would like. Yummers!

Serving Size: Makes five 2 cup servings.
