Ingredients

    5 cans of water contained tuna.
    about half a cup of light hellman's mayo.
    about a 1/4 cup of yellow mustard.
    1/4 cup of finely chopped jalapenos.
    one medium onion chopped finely.
    2 spears of sour pickles chopped finely.

Directions

I make it on the week end and my boyfriend tells me he makes about 12 medium sandwiches. I am thinking serving size is about half a cup.

Anyway just chop the onions, pickles jalapenos and mix in a bowl with well drained tuna, mayo and mustard, and enjoy! I have in between 2 slices of Nature's own Light bread, they're only 40 calories a piece so the whole sandwhich is less than 200 cals!
