Ingredients

    1 red grapefruit
    2 packets of Splenda
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Preheat broiler.
Using a knife, section the grapefruit... Then scoop the fruit and juice into a separate bowl.
Scrape out the extra membrane in the grapefruit shell. Place fruit and juice back into each grapefruit half. Sprinkle Splenda & Cinnamon on top of fruit and place under broiler for about 5 minutes or until the fruit is heated through.

    Excellent! Never would have considered to put a grapefruit under the broiler; and taking out the membrane under the skin makes it so much less bitter. - 5/20/07

    love it! this is a family staple around the holidays (but with brown sugar, cin, and butter) substituted spray butter and eat half and you are eating roughly 50 cals! and it is like dessert! LOVE IT! - 1/16/10

    Very good if you like grape fruit. My kids did not like it. I may try it using brown sugar for them inplace of the splenda. - 4/1/08
