Ingredients

1 Light Flat Out Wraps, Italian Herb (cut in half)
    1/4 cup of black beans
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    garlic powder (to taste)
    onion powder (to taste)
    cumin (to taste)
    chili powder (to taste)
2 Tbsp of Jack Daniels Barbeque Sauce
3/8 cup of part skim mozzarella cheese
1 oz Tyson Southwestern Chicken Strips (chopped)
    1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
    dash of oregano

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat black beans in saucepan over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and chili powder to taste. Drain off most of the juice. Mash black beans with potato masher until the consistency of refried beans. Cut Light Flat Out Wrap in half. Spread 1/4 cup of black bean mixture onto 1/2 of wrap. Place the other 1/2 of wrap on top of the first one. Spread barbeque sauce over the top of the wraps (like pizza sauce). Sprinkle 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of barbeque sauce. Spread the top with 1 ounce of the chicken breast. Top that with 1/8 of a cup of mozzarella cheese. Lightly sprinkle oregano on top of the pizza. Chop or tear (with fingers) the cilantro and sprinkle over pizza. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts. Cut into wedges or squares and enjoy. Makes one "pizza".
