Ingredients

15 oz - 93% Lean Ground Beef
1 - 24 oz Jar DelGrosso Three Cheese Pasta Sauce
1 - 15.5 oz Can Red Kidney Beans
1 - 15.5 oz Can Sweet Corn
1.5 - Medium Sweet Onions; chopped
2 - Medium Roma Tomatoes; cooked, peeled, & cut into chunks
2 - Cloves Garlic, minced
2 - Tbsp Chili Powder
1 - Tsp Black Pepper
1 - Tsp salt (optional)
1 - Tbsp Dried Thyme
1 - Tbsp Dried Basil
1 - Tbsp Ground Cumin
Tips
The spice measurements are a rough estimate. I usually eyeball what I put in, and just add to taste. Omit salt & use low sodium sauce to decrease sodium content.
Directions
Cook ground beef & drain. Place in crock pot on high.
Boil tomatoes until skin splits, & immediately place in ice water. When cool, peel, chunk, & place in crock pot.
Saute onions & garlic until translucent. Add to crock pot.
Add corn, beans, sauce, & spices to crock pot.
Cook on high about 1-2 hours until heated thoroughly, or on low to serve at a later time.
