    Cucumber (with peel), 140 grams (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 196 grams (remove)
    Kale, 25 grams (remove)
    Parsley, 25 grams (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 120 grams (remove)
    *Clementine, 1 serving (remove)
    Limes, 50 grams (remove)
    chia seed, 1 tbsp (remove)


Wash and clean veggies,
