Ingredients

    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Tofu, extra firm, 0.4 block (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 2.5 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 0.33 cup (remove)
    Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ) 5 Olives, 2.5 serving (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Instant corn masa mix for tamales (1/4 cup), 20 serving (remove)
    Water
    20 Ojas

Directions

Heat oil in pot. Add onions, and carrots and sauté until lightly browned. Add tofu and mushrooms and cook 2-3 minutes. Dilute tomato paste in about water and add to pot. Add salt and bay leaf, Stir and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add water as needed. When almost done add cheese. Filling should not be too watery.

Prepare tamales with the ojas and steam for 1.5 hours until done.
