    1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
    1/4 cup nonfat milk
    1/4 frozen banana
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp agave nectar
    2 splenda packets
    4 ice cubes

Tips

Could sub maple syrup for agave nectar and/or splenda packets.


Directions

put all ingredients in a blender and combine
