Ingredients

    1 sm. banana
    1 sm. orange
    1 cup ice
    1/4 teaspn splenda (optional)

Directions

Peel and cut up both the banana and the orange and place in blender. Add 1 cup of ice and 1/4 teaspoon splenda (1 packet-optional). Blend until smooth. Makes approx. 1 serving=1 cup. Can double receipe for larger smoothie.

    This was a great idea! I would have never put just fruit and ice in the blender. I'm always stuck on the "milk" shake idea, but this was so tasty. I used 2 packets of equal in mine and it came out awesome! - 10/5/09

    This was cool!! I used the "bullet" mixer. I made two, the second I put in less orange and more banana. Both were good! ( I like bananas best) - 7/3/08
