Ingredients

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1.75 cup
    Flour, white, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Oats, .25 cup
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Splenda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .1825 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup

Directions

Preheat griddle.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until done.

Makes 12 pancakes.

    I just thought these were OK. The batter was really runny, and the pancakes turned out sort of gummy. Liked the idea of whole wheat and oats, just not the texture. - 1/22/10
