Ingredients

    1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
    1 29 ounce can tomatoe sauce
    1 30 ounce can Bush's Chilli Beans
    1/2 cup onion chopped
    1 small green pepper chopped
    1 small fresh sweet red pepper chopped
    2 garlic cloves chopped or crushed
    2 tsp. chilli powder (or to taste)
    Crushed red pepper (optional)
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp coarse black pepper

Directions

Brown ground beef in 4 quart sauce pan with salt, coarse black pepper, garlic, green pepper, sweet red peppers and onion. Drain well. Add tomatoe sauce and chilli beans. Add chilli powder and crushed red peppers if desired. Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Serve piping hot as is or add your favorite low fat chilli toppings!
