    1 large ripe banana
    1/2 cup soy milk
    1 container fresh blackberries
    1/2 cup "pineapple-passion" sorbet, such as Select brand (a Safeway brand)
    1 tablespoon soy protein powder (8 gm protein)


Peel banana; break into chunks. Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover; blend until fairly smooth.
