Ingredients

    2 lbs. Whole Wheat Spaghetti or Pasta, cooked
    1 Tbsp Canola Oil
    1 lb. Ham, regular (11% fat), diced
    2 c. Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    1 c. Milk, 2%
    2 c. Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F.

Toss cooked pasta in canola oil and set aside.

Heat ham in large skillet. Add milk and heat thoroughly about three minutes. Stir in 1 c. cheese until melted. Mix in pasta and spread evenly throughout pan. Pour Egg Beaters evenly over the pasta and mix until evenly distributed.

Once egg starts to set, top with 1 c. cheese, cover, and bake in oven about 10 minutes, until egg is firm and cheese is melted.

Cut into 8 even slices (generous portion).
