Ingredients

    1/2 bag Corn, frozen
    1 bag crinkle cut carrots, frozen
    1/4 bag french green beans, frozen
    dried onions (or fresh chopped), to taste
    garlic powder (or fresh garlic), to taste
    salt, to taste
    1 can Low Sodium cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Tuna, canned in water
    3 T Butter, salted (or some kind of oil, can omit if using a non-stick pan)

Tips

Add peas, peppers, or a range of other veggies as well.


Directions

In a skillet, combine vegetables, broth, and butter. Add garlic, dried onions, pepper, and salt to taste. Cover and simmer until vegetables are cooked to your liking. Add mushroom soup and tuna. Mix well. If desired, you can serve this over rice or noodles.
