Ingredients

    - 6 medium sea scallops
    - 8 large shrimps
    - 1 can of crab meat
    - 1 cup crush (canned) tomatoes
    - 2 cups of vegetable broth
    - 1 cup water
    - 1/4 tsp basil
    - 1/4 tsp oregano
    - 1 Bay left

Directions

Put all ingredients in a pot and let simmer for 2 hours. Makes 6 1-cup portions.
