Ingredients



    *Tilapia, 16 oz (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *McCormick Old Bay Seasoning, 1 tsp (remove)
    Lemon juice, 3 tbsp (remove)

Tips

Great with rice and peas :)


Directions

Preheat oven to 400
Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
Place tilapia in baking dish
Sautee olive oil, garlic, butter, lemon juice until garlic is golden brown
Spread over tilapia with basting brush
Sprinkle Old Bay and parsley to taste
Bake for 15 minutes
Turn oven up to broil and continue to bake fish for another 5 minutes or until golden brown
