Ingredients

    jello instant pudding cheesecake(box only-no milk), 4 serving (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
    *rediwhip 2 tbsp, 10 tbsp (remove)
    Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon, 2 large rectangular piece or 2 square (remove)
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 16 oz (remove)

Directions

chop apple(s); put in glass dish with 1 tbsp water and spices(cinnamon,nutmeg,etc.) Cover.
Microwave until soft. Mix pudding with milk; add apples and 4 tbsp rediwhip.
Pour into dessert dishes that have 1 cracker square crushed on bottom. Save extra sq for topping.
Chill.
Add 2 tbsps rediwhip to top when serving.
