Ingredients

    1.5 lbs of lean ground beef
    2 (14.5 oz) cans of beef broth
    3 green peppers (chopped)
    1 medium onion (chopped)
    2 (10.75 oz) cans of tomato soup (undiluted)
    1.5 cups of cooked rice
    1 (28 oz) can crushed tomato
    2 (4 oz) cans of mushrooms

Directions

In a Dutch oven or large saucepan, cook the beef, green peppers and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the broth, soup, tomatoes and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add rice and heat through. Yield: 10 servings

    I've made this so many times I can't count. I use fresh mushrooms,ground turkey, low sodium broth and barley instead of rice. I just made it again today and it is sooo good! - 1/12/12
