Ingredients

    Organic, baby peeled carrots, prepackaged small bag
    Honey 1 tbsp
    Orange juice 1/4 cup
    Earth Balance Butter Substitute 1 tbsp


Directions

Steam carrots for about 5 minutes in a small amount of water. Add honey, orange juice and earth balance. Continue to cook, with lid off, until cooked the way you like it. Let liquid boil down.
