    6 Cups stawberries sliced divided
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 cup water
    4 1/2 tsp. corn starch
    Ready made Graham cracker pie crust


To make Glaze: Place 2 cups of strawberries into a blender and liquify. Strain liquid (should yield 1 Cup). Place into saucepan; add 1/2 cup sugar stir well. Take corn starch and mix in 1/4 cup of water. Add to sauce pan. Over med. heat stir until mixture comes to a boil and thickness up. Cool to room temp.

In pie shell place approx. 4 tbs of glaze and spreed on bottom of crust. Place approx. 4 cups of sliced strawberries on top of glaze. Place remaining glaze over the berries and work into holes. Place pie in the Fridge for at least 3 hours to firm up.

Serve cold. If you add whipped cream you MUST add the whipped cream to your calorie count.
