1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 oz. 2% Velveeta cut into 1/2 inch cubes
3/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup corn flakes
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Directions
HEAT oven to 375F.
MICROWAVE cauliflower in 1-1/2 qt. microwaveable ovenproof glass casserole on HIGH 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
TOP with remaining ingredients.
BAKE 12-15 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
