    Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Pecans, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Ginger Root, 6 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Dates, 4 date (remove)

Directions

chop everything up and press into 8x8 non stick pan. Bake at 175 for 3 hours until firm but not dry.

Cut into 12 equal bars
