    1 Baking Apple (Granny Smith or favorite)
    1/2 tsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar Splenda
    1/8 tsp cinnamon,ground
    freshly grated nutmeg to taste

Directions

Core apple. Place in microwave safe dish and fill the cavity with the remaining ingredients.

Microwave 3-4 minutes until desired tenderness is achieved.
