Ingredients

    6 Slices, Toasted Bread Oven Joy 100% whole wheat Bread
    3 Large Eggs
    1/2 Cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    1 tsp Vanilla extract
    5 Dashes Salt
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 TBS Cinnamon
    2 Cups Milk, nonfat
    1/2 Cup Raisins (80 grams)

    Combine Eggs Splenda, Vanilla, salt, Cinnamon and Nutmeg
    Add Milk & Raisins
    Toast slices of bread in the toaster and cut into cubes, and them to the mix and let sit and 'soak' for 5 MInutes

    Pour into 9x9 Baking Dish Bake for 35 Minutes @ 350 degrees. great served warm

Tips

Can add 1/2 Cup of Walnuts/Pecans and/or drizzle with caramel sauce when warm.
For Moister Pudding, increase milk 1/2 C

Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 Minutes
