Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups PC Original Extra fluffy Pancake mix
    1 cup Kraft all natural peanut butter smooth
    2 over ripe Bananas
    1 large egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp nutmeg, ground
    3/4 cup sugar

Tips

Don't over mix the batter or muffins get a very dense texture.


Directions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk an egg and add sugar and whisk well. Add vanilla extract, nutmeg, peanut butter and mashed bananas and mix well. Sieve the pancake mix and mix until just mixed and forms a crumbly mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 30 minutes
