    200g margarine
    110g walnuts
    4 eggs
    7 brown bananas, mashed
    2tsp cinnamon
    2tsp bicarb of soda
    1tsp salt
    110g corn flour (polenta)

Directions

Mix and bake at 180C for 50 minutes
